Script Column Encryption Transformation

Overview

Data flow transformation providing column encryption. The specified input columns are processed and the original content is replaced.

Setup

The script has the following parameters:

• InputColumns - selects one or more input columns for processing.
• Action - selects component action: Encryption or Decryption.
• EncryptionType - selects encryption type: AES, RSA, TripleDES, DES, RC2.
• IsCertificateFileVariable - indicates whether the certificate file path is stored in a variable.
  • CertificateFile - selects certificate file.
  • CertificateFileVariable - selects variable containing certificate file path.
• IsPasswordVariable - indicates whether the password is stored in a variable.
  • Password - specifies password.
  • PasswordVariable - selects variable containing password.
