Windows Server 2008 R2 compatibility

CozyRoc has just learned there is backward compatibility issue under the 64bit Windows Server 2008 R2 edition (Thank you, Natali). The issue is the same like the one reported a couple of weeks ago in Windows 7. After installing CozyRoc SSIS+ the opening of SSIS packages is no longer possible. We are trying to resolve the issue with the Windows team. In the meantime you can use the manual fix we have published in the FAQ.

Scripts: Google Data Source, ADO.NET Command and More

We have released 5 brand new data flow script components:

Enjoy!

Samples with CozyRoc components

We have included sample SSIS packages demonstrating CozyRoc components. This has been long overdue and we are sure you will like them. Let us know what other samples you want to see.

Table Difference and Flow Synchronization

We are excited to report CozyRoc has acquired the full rights to SQLBI‘s Table Difference and Flow Synchronization components. The solution is well known and accepted by the market as faster alternative to the standard SCD component. SQLBI and CozyRoc believe this is the right approach to address:

  • Customer concerns about critical support issues handling in timely manner.
  • Improved installation and deployment.
  • Continued future innovation.

The components are now integrated in SSIS+ 1.4 SR-1 and ready to be used.

ps: We would like to Thank You SQLBI for their contributions to the SSIS community!

Windows 7 compatibility

Merry Christmas to Everyone!

There is a backward compatibility issue under the 64bit Windows 7 edition. After installing CozyRoc SSIS+ the opening of SSIS packages is no longer possible. We are trying to resolve the issue with the Windows team. In the meantime you can use the manual fix we have published in the FAQ.

ADO.NET DataSet Destination

There is only one way for storing data in-memory when using the standard SSIS data flow components. It is based around the old ADO Recordset object and therefore limited only to 32bit package executions. We have implemented a new script component for storing data into in-memory ADO.NET DataSet object. Cheers!
